I missed registration, is it too late?

Contact your child's program director to see if there are any teams with availability. 

When will In-House leagues start?

RYBA is again partnering with the North Metro Basketball League to coordinate boys and girls In-House leagues for grades 3-8. Typically, these leagues begin after MEA, later in October.

The 3/4 and 5/6 grade boys teams will play in a Roseville League. 

Where will In-House leagues practice? Play?

Practices will be held in a Roseville TBD gym one night each week. Practices will take place starting in late October with games beginning mid-November. Games will run through early February with breaks for Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s Day. Games will be held at Turtle Lake School, Island Lake School, Snail Lake or Chippewa School.

When will Travel tryouts take place?

Travel Tryouts take place in August.  

When will Travel practices begin?

Travel practices typically begin early to mid October as RYBA has access to only a few gyms until more become available.

Will parents be required to volunteer?

Travel families are required to fill 2 volunteer slots per season, In-House families are required to fill 1. For more information about our volunteer policy see our Policies page. For information about types of volunteer opportunities see our Tournaments page.

What about Uniforms for In House teams?

At the beginning of the season, each in house player will receive a washed penny jersey with their number for the season. It is important that your child not share this penny with anyone else. At the end of the season, we ask families to wash the penny and return to their player’s coach.

What about Uniforms for Travel teams?

Travel uniforms are purchased by players and are theirs to keep.
